Who created The Dead Zone?
The Dead Zone was originally a novel by Stephen King published in 1979. A movie based on the book, starring Christopher Walken as Johnny, Brooke Adams as Sarah, Tom Skerritt as Sheriff George Bannerman, and Martin Sheen as Greg Stillson was released in 1983. No. The show is based on the characters and story from Stephen King's book, but he is not involved in writing the scripts for the series.
