It was a hard decision to take the promicin, but in the end I knew I had no choice but to do my part to help save the world. After I took the shot, for days nothing happened and I remember feeling so relieved that I had escaped death that I wasn't even disappointed I had not developed an ability. Something inside me told me it was only a matter of time.

Then one day I was playing with my dog and I heard a voice in my head. "I need a new ball." I stared at the old ball my dog dropped at my feet, and I knew.

Now I can talk to animals. All kinds of animals, although the domestic ones are the easiest. They're already used to talking to people. With this ability, I was able to talk a cute fluffy little dog into living with Isabelle. And if you knew the things she said when she THINKS she's by herself!

I haven't approached Jordan yet. The time is not right. But when I do, be prepared. Because Isabelle is not done yet. And neither am I.
